Brookwood Soccer

Pecan Fundraiser 2024

It is that time of year again.  Brookwood Soccer is beginning its Annual Pecan Fundraiser.  Here is the information each player should know:

1. The fundraiser will begin the week of 10/28 and all orders and money are due by Thursday, 11/21.

2. We are pushing for delivery to be the week of 12/9.

3. We are asking for players to sell a minimum of $300 worth of products.

4. Players who wish not to sell pecans can pay the $225 “opt-out” fee as a direct donation to Brookwood Soccer.

5. Players will sell pecans, mark orders on their order form, collect money from customers when they order, and will submit one check, cash, to Brookwood Soccer on or before 11/21.  We are working on an electronic form of payment to help make things easier for some families.

6. Selling pecans is NOT a guarantee of making the 2025 Brookwood Soccer team.  

Everyone will receive an order form and brochure.  The prices are on the order form.  If we run out of brochures, it can be accessed at brookwoodsoccer.com under Pecan Fundraiser.

All of the money for Brookwood Soccer is made through fundraisers and player fees.  Although fundraising might not be the most fun activity we will do with Brookwood Soccer, it is one of the most important.  All money made goes directly to the program to help purchase uniforms, training gear, practice equipment, banquets, pregame meals, etc.  

We hope all interested in Brookwood Soccer will help the program by participating in this important fundraiser.  Again, this is a “preseason” fundraiser and is not a guarantee of placement on a 2025 Brookwood Soccer Team.  

These are a great holiday gift, and many people will purchase them as a way to support our program.  Ask family, teachers, friends, neighbors.
